A wrong result or name

Write to us with the tournament and the match. We fix it and the points are counted again.

My player

When you sign up you pick your player from the tournaments. If you cannot find yourself or picked the wrong one, write to us and we fix it.

Notifications

Turn them on or off in your phone’s Settings. Alerts for draws and match times are part of Pro. Tournaments you follow tell you for free.

Pro and purchases

Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, which is also where you cancel or ask for a refund.

Pro is a subscription that renews automatically: €8.99 a month or €69.99 a year. «Founding member», only until 31/12/2026, costs €49.99 for the first year and then €69.99 a year. Every plan starts with 7 days free: you are charged on day 8 unless you cancel before. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, and Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for.

Deleting your account

In the app: Me › Settings › «Delete account». Or write to us from your account’s email and we delete it within 30 days. All the steps: netprophetapp.com/en/delete-account
